联合国妇女地位委员会第69届会议于2025年3月10日-21日在纽约联合国总部举行。本届会议聚焦审议《北京宣言》和《行动纲领》的落实进展，旨在推动全球性别平等与妇女赋权事业。会议期间，特别设置了民间社会论坛环节，邀请全球民间组织举办平行活动，深入探讨妇女地位委员会优先主题，为与会者提供了一个交流与合作的广阔平台。

3月17日由中国民间国际交流促进会指导支持，北京市光明慈善基金会、世界亚裔女性联盟、美国罗丹国际艺术家基金会、日本国际技术交流协会、非洲视野联合主办CSW69平行论坛“关注女性力量、关爱孤独症儿童及‘爱与希望’艺术特展”，中国湖南省长沙市天心区星语林康复中心主任陈榕主旨发言如下：

用爱与希望织就星空——女性力量守护孤独症儿童的未来

Weaving a Starry Sky with Love and Hope -Female Strength Guardians the Future of Children with Autism

 

尊敬的各位代表、同仁、朋友们：
Dear delegates, colleagues, and friends,

我是陈榕，来自中国。是一名儿童康复工作者，也是21岁孤独症青年轩轩的母亲。今天在这里，我既代表星语林康复中心的1500多个特殊家庭，也代表全球数百万默默耕耘的女性照料者——我们以坚韧与智慧，为"星星的孩子"编织人间灯火。

I am Chen Rong, from China. I am a child rehabilitation worker and the mother of a 21-year-old young man with autism, Xuanxuan. Today, I stand here not only on behalf of the over 1,500 special families at Xingyulin Rehabilitation Center, but also on behalf of millions of female caregivers worldwide who silently toil – with resilience and wisdom, we weave human lights for the "children of the stars"(Children who’s on the autistic spectrum).

21年前，当我的孩子被确诊为孤独症时，我像所有母亲一样陷入黑暗："我的孩子该去哪里？"但母爱的本能让我选择行动：如果世界无法给我的孩子一个包容的环境，我便亲手建造它。让每个孩子都能被平等对待、被温柔注视。2014年，星语林康复中心正式成立。最让我欣喜的是，中心得到了另外42名女性的支持，她们是特殊教育老师、心理师、社工师、职业规划师···我们用十年时间证明了，女性特有的柔软能托起坠落的星星，坚韧则让每道伤痕都化作守护的铠甲。如今，这份由女性的爱与力量共创的场域竟成为千万颗“孤星”的港湾。

Twenty-one years ago, when my child was diagnosed with autism, I, like all mothers, fell darkness: "Where can my child go?" But the instinct of motherly love made me choose to act: if the world cannot provide an inclusive environment for my child, I will build it myself. So that every child can be treated equally and looked at with tenderness. In 2014,     Xingyulin Rehabilitation Center was officially established. To my greatest delight, the center received support from 42 other women, including special education teachers, psychologists, social workers, career planners, and more. We have proven over the past decade that the unique softness of women can lift falling stars, and our resilience turns every scar armor for protection. Today, this realm created by the love and strength of women has become a haven for millions of "lonely stars".

我们为孩子们搭建语言、社交、艺术的桥梁，让他们绽放属于自己的光亮；更用喘息服务为疲惫的母亲带来切实的关爱。但当母亲们老去，这些永远纯真的孩子该如何生存？

We build bridges for children in language, social interaction, and art, and we also provide respite services to bring tangible care to exhausted mothers. But when mothers grow old, how will these forever innocent children survive?

于是有了"星语绘手工烘焙坊"。每天，孤独症青年波哥总会第一个到店调整烤箱温度，勋勋会独立完成咖啡的制作，菲菲将面包袋上的蝴蝶结系得比谁都工整。这让我想起《献给阿尔吉侬的花束》里的面包店——但在我们的故事里，没有查理遭遇的冰冷现实，只有面团在温暖中膨胀的声音。

Thus, "Xingyuhui Handcrafted Bakery" was born. Every day, Bo, a young man with autism, is always the first to arrive to adjust the oven temperature. Xunxun independently prepares the coffee, and Feifei ties the bows on the bread bags neater than anyone else. This reminds me of the bakery in "Flowers for Algernon" – but in our story, there is no harsh reality like Charlies; only the sound of dough puffing up in warmth.

各位朋友，这个小小的面包坊不仅是职业尝试，更是一个关于爱的寓言：当孤独症青年和受助母亲同时站在面包店，当整个社区学会用耐心代替怜悯——我们终于明白，希望从来不是独自燃烧的火把，而是无数人用爱传递的星光。

Friends, this little bakery is not just a professional endeavor; its a parable of love: when young adults with autism and mothers in need stand together in the bakery, and when the entire community learns to replace pity with patience – we finally understand that hope is never a torch burning alone, but starlight passed on by countless people with love.

此刻，请允许我修改那个古老的寓言：不需要众人拾柴，因为每颗星星本就足够闪亮。让我们共同许下誓言：以女性之力守护每道光亮，以人类之名延续这份温柔。因为在这浩瀚宇宙中，唯有爱与希望，能让孤独绽放出最璀璨的银河。

At this moment, allow me to revise that old parable: theres no need for everyone to gather firewood, because each star shines brightly enough on its own. Let us make a pledge together: to protect every ray of light with the strength of women, and to continue this tenderness in the name of humanity. Because in this vast universe, only love and hope can make loneliness bloom the most dazzling galaxy.
