联合国妇女地位委员会第69届会议于2025年3月10日-21日在纽约联合国总部举行。本届会议聚焦审议《北京宣言》和《行动纲领》的落实进展，旨在推动全球性别平等与妇女赋权事业。

会议期间，特别设置了民间社会论坛环节，邀请全球民间组织举办平行活动，深入探讨妇女地位委员会优先主题，为与会者提供了一个交流与合作的广阔平台。

3月17日由中国民间国际交流促进会指导支持，北京市光明慈善基金会、世界亚裔女性联盟、美国罗丹国际艺术家基金会、日本国际技术交流协会、非洲视野联合主办CSW69平行论坛“关注女性力量、关爱孤独症儿童及‘爱与希望’艺术特展”。手拉手马场联合创始人雅典娜·佩里主旨演讲内容如下：

The Essential Role of Mothers in Families with Autistic Children and the Importance of Parental Training

母亲在孤独症儿童家庭中的重要性及家长培训的重要性

In my Christian faith,the man is the head of the household.However,children are to follow the teaching of the mother in addition to the instruction of the father. 

在我的基督教信仰中，男人是家庭的领袖。然而，孩子们除了要听从父亲的教导外，还要听从母亲的教导。 

In my experience with families of autistic children,the mother is the glue that holds everything together.The father is the head,but the mother is the hands and feet.It is the mother that organizes the day,all of the appointments and contacts.She learns the practical application of our teaching and applies it.She sees what the child  is doing and how to correct it.The mother is essential to any family,but especially a family with special needs children.

根据我与孤独症儿童家庭的经验，母亲是将一切凝聚在一起的粘合剂。父亲是领袖，母亲则是付诸行动的手和脚。是母亲组织着一天中的所有的活动、预约和联系。她学习我们教学的实际应用并付诸实践。她观察孩子的行为，并知道如何纠正。母亲对任何家庭都至关重要，尤其是对有特殊需要的孩子的家庭，更是不可或缺的。

The family is the basic unit of society,we believe that the key to success is to train parents to help their own children with autism.Therapists can help,teachers can help,but the parents are 24 hours per day,7 days per week.Change the parents,and you will change,help,and heal the children.

家庭是社会的基本单位，我们认为成功的关键在于培训父母帮助自己患有孤独症的孩子。治疗师可以帮助，老师可以帮助，但家长每周7天，每天24小时。改变父母，你就会改变、帮助和治愈孩子。 

Through the family,there is always hope,no matter the age of the child.

通过家庭，无论孩子的年龄多大，总有希望。

Parents are the lifelong advocates of their children.It is never too late for parents to improve the functioning of their children in society,therefore improving their quality of life and ability to contribute to the world.That is why  we teach mothers and fathers how to help their children,and rely on the mothers to see that the changes arecarried  out.

父母是孩子一生的守护者。父母改善孩子在社会中的功能，从而提高他们的生活质量和为世界做出贡献的能力，这一点永远不会太晚。这就是为什么我们教父母如何帮助他们的孩子，并依靠母亲确保这些变化得以实现。

Since all of society is d on the humble pillars of the family,it is   mothers who hold up the world.It is also mothers who help their autistic  children fit  this world,benefit from this world,and contribute to this world.

由于整个社会都建立在家庭这一卑微的基石上，因此是母亲在支撑着这个世界。也是母亲们帮助孤独症儿童适应这个世界，从这个世界中受益，并为这个世界做出贡献。
